Where I shown initiative was in school, doing my assignments. Where I took a risk or the first step was on the field at practice getting to the ball. How I made progress with my academic and personal goals was by going to the teachers that I had problems with and just checking if I can make up work because I don't think I made progress with my grades. Besides two (2) classes I am doing good in.
